We provide individualized rehab programs for people who want to keep lifting, training, and doing what they love
Meet Devan Sedlacek PT, DPT
Hey its me, the owner of MoveRx. I graduated from UNMC with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020 and always wanted to treat strength athletes just like me. As an avid crossfitter, powerlifter and competitive strength athlete, I was tired of hearing that lifting heavy is dangerous. I started Move Rx in 2023 hoping to create space for others like me. Traditional rehab settings do not understand the nuances of strength and conditioning. This knowledge gap keeps people afraid to move. We have a muscle mass problem in this country and I started MoveRx to fight against that. We can be strong no matter our age and there is a safe way to do that. If you want to build strength or maintain it as you age, you are in the right place!
In my free time you can find me trying to become a mediocre guitar player, trying a new restaurant in Omaha or laughing at spongebob memes.
Meet Shane Lentz PT, DPT
Shane earned his Doctorate in physical therapy from UNMC in 2021. He is actually Devan’s fiance (soon to be husband…) and he also has a passion for strength and conditioning as well as rehab.
In 2025, he decided to begin his journey with MoveRx after working in clinics where he was expected to see 2-3 patients at the same time and could not provide the rehab service he desired.
Shane has a huge passion for sprinting and runs our sprint club on Sundays. He believes that along with strength training, retaining the ability to sprint will keep us feeling young as we age.
If you want to feel athletic again, but keep pulling your hamstring, calf or are afraid to start up that soccer league for fear of injury, Shane is your guy!
In his free time you can find Shane being the best dog dad to our Roxy and kittens Lyle and Carl (Wheezer).
